We DO NOT offer returns for Cartridges-510 thread. If your vape cartridge doesn’t work you can try to fix it or drain the oil out and consume it another way. Because the clear part of the POP cartridges is made from Pyrex glass, you can CAREFULLY heat it with a lighter or a hair dryer (safer method) to help the oil gather at the base of the cartridge. Be sure to hold the cartridge upright as shown in the picture above so the oil gathers at the base of the cartridge when carefully heated.

To use a 510 thread cartridge, follow these steps:

1. Filling the Reservoir,Cartridges-510 thread: Insert the blunt tip needle (14 ga. or smaller) into the reservoir between the airway and the outer wall of the cartridge. With the cartridge held upright, press the syringe plunger to fill the reservoir with a measured 0.5mL or 1.0mL of oil. Do not overfill or allow oil to enter the center airway1.
2. Capping the Cartridge: Immediately after filling the reservoir, insert and press-fit the mouthpiece until it is fully seated. Mechanical assistance, such as an arbor press or channel lock pliers, is required to fully seat the mouthpiece. Failure to install the mouthpiece within 2 minutes of filling may result in leakage1.
3. Cartridge Filling & Capping Aftercare: Cartridges should stand for at least 30 minutes before use to allow the atomizer to properly soak up the oil. If cleaning the cartridge housing after filling and capping, use a diluted solution of <75% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to avoid fogging. Jupiter cartridges are disposable and for a single use only. Do not refill or use Jupiter cartridges with tobacco derived products.

5. Connecting the Cartridge to the Battery: Screw the cartridge onto the battery, aligning the threading between the cartridge and battery for a smooth, tight (but not too tight) connection. Be sure to twist by the body of the cartridge and not the mouthpiece to avoid breaking the interior seal.

6. Preheating the Device: Heating vape pens is a crucial step during consumption, which can vary in effectiveness depending on the preheated temperature. Some batteries may require you to double-click the circle button on the base to preheat to the appropriate temperature, while others may automatically preheat when you inhale through the mouthpiece.
7. Consuming the Vape: Put your lips to the mouthpiece of the vape cartridge (while pressing the button, if required) and simply inhale for about 5 seconds. Exhale completely, and give yourself a few minutes before inhaling again, assessing any effects or feelings that come up for you.

Remember to store both your battery and cartridges in a cool and dry place to keep the vape cartridge oil fresh for your next sesh. Avoid setting your vape pen to the highest heating temperature, as higher temperatures burn the terpenes and cannabinoid in the cannabis oil, affecting its overall tast
